Eligibility Criteria

  • Min qualification – 12th/ITI/Diploma/Graduation/Certification in repairing services/Bachelor in Technology (Electronics, Computer Science, IT and related field)
  • Experience: Fresher (For Entrepreneur Career)
  • Candidate must have an “Aadhaar Card” which is mandatory.
  • No APL/BPL, Caste & gender restriction. All can apply.
  • Supporting document required as per the project guideline i.e. Aadhar card, education & age proof, ID & residence roof.
  • Five copies of passport size photographs etc. (As per the document checklist required by NSDC)
  • Mode of training: Non- residential.
  • After completion of training, there will be an assessment by third party assessment agency.
  • Facility for enrolled trainees to open “Zero balance” bank account with Nationalised Bank to transfer Reward Money.
  • The Scheme covers divers job roles across sectors as per the national occupational standards.
  • Certification By Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC)
  • Training duration: Min 125 hrs – Max 300 hrs
  •  Note: Aadhaar Card is Mandate for Reward Transfer.

Individuals at this job provide customer service support to an organization by interacting with their customers over the phone. They also handle, follow and resolve customer’s queries, requests and complaints in a timely manner.

Customer Care Executive (Repair Centre)

Individuals at this job provide customer service support by interacting with walk-in customers. They also handle, follow-up and resolve customer’s queries, requests and complaints, in a timely manner.

Handset Repair Engineer (Level 2)

Individual in this role is responsible for performing handset repair including hardware and software components and testing the handset for adequacy post repair.

Individual in this role needs to generate sales for mobile handset &related accessories, steer sales as per organization’s target matrix, increase width &depth of distribution and work in a specified area as per the Beat Plan &Route Plan. Individual is also responsible for handling/escalating retailer’s complaints & queries as per the organizational policies and must be able to handle cash related transactions.
